  • Optimized Content Publishing: We take care of the entire blog posting process – from AI generation to meticulous editing, formatting, and search engine optimization before publishing on our client’s website.
  • 24/7 Chat Support : Your agents will promptly respond to customer inquiries and strive for efficient resolution.The enquiries will be from new and existing customers related to the client’s product. Your agents will have to provide support to the customers according to their queries.
  • Detailed Reporting: To ensure transparency and track progress, we will provide comprehensive monthly reports outlining chat volume, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer feedback.

  • Fixed Monthly Fee: Our client will pay a fixed monthly fee ranging between 38,000 Rs to 55,000 (subjected to negotiation) for both content creation and chat support services. This fee will be based on the agreed-upon scope of work,
  • Transparent Billing: We will provide detailed monthly invoices clearly outlining all service charges and deliverables.
  • Payment Terms: Monthly payments will be credited directly to our company’s bank account.
